Trouble with the app? We typically reply within one business day.
FreightHub queries 9 LA/LB terminals plus PierPass. If your container is at one of those, it'll show up. If it's not yet at any terminal (still on the inbound vessel pre-discharge) PierPass may not know about it for the first ~6 hours. Wait an hour and try again, or check directly with the terminal.
The verdict is computed from the latest data we get from the terminal. If you think the data on the terminal portal differs from what we show, pull-to-refresh the screen — we cache responses for 10 minutes to avoid hammering the portals. If after a refresh it still differs, please reach out: include the container number and a screenshot of the terminal portal showing the conflicting status.
On iOS, check Settings → Notifications → FreightHub → Allow Notifications. On Android, check Settings → Apps → FreightHub → Notifications. We push only when a tracked container's verdict color shifts (red → green, green → gray, etc.) — and never if the device is muted by Focus / Do Not Disturb settings.
Long-press the row in the Inbox tab and choose "Stop tracking." If you want to clear everything, go to Account → Reset and re-launch the app.
iOS 16.1 or newer required. On the iPhone, also check Settings → FreightHub → Live Activities is on. The Activity dismisses ~4 hours after the container's verdict reaches a terminal state (e.g. "Departed").
