FreightHub Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-01

1. Acceptance

By using the FreightHub mobile app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What FreightHub is

A drayage-focused container tracking and gate-camera tool. Drivers and dispatchers can monitor containers across LA/LB terminals, see live verdicts ("ready for pickup", "customs hold", etc.), and view public terminal cameras.

3. Your account and credentials

If you provide terminal-portal credentials so we can query container status on your behalf, you confirm:

4. Acceptable use

FreightHub is for legitimate drayage operations. Don't:

5. Data accuracy

Verdicts and statuses come from terminal operators and PierPass. We surface them faithfully but can't guarantee they're current — vendor data lags by hours sometimes. Don't rely on FreightHub as your sole source of truth before making time-sensitive operational decisions.

6. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service running, but external dependencies (terminal portals, PierPass, network providers) sometimes go down. We don't guarantee uptime and aren't liable for losses arising from Service unavailability.

7. Pricing and changes

Pricing tiers and any changes will be communicated in advance. If we change these Terms in a way that materially affects you, we'll notify you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreightHub's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law

California law, exclusive jurisdiction in Los Angeles County.
